Pantone has released a list of 10 brilliant colors hot for Fall 2012 and SkinnyRist has designs in some of the most popular of these fabulous hues!
The inspiration for this color is Lauren Bacall “in her film noir days”, it’s a camel color combined with winter pastels and the must have accessory is a Honey Gold coat but we think SR arm candy should be added to the list of must haves!
The inspiration is urban architecture combined with nature and female landscape artists! The prominent colors are the landscape with earth tones highlighted with pops of berry color pink and granite gray with brushed coppers.
This teal-tone of green has been an SR fave for bracelet design color for a long time and now Ella Moss is making it her own as inspired by “love magic”. The designer is all about “witches, warlocks, misty landscapes, love potions, and dreamy skies”! Her must have fashion item is a dramatic high/low hem dress and our must haves are SkinnyRist bracelets!
This All-American hue was actually inspired by the Golden Age of Shanghai China according to Tadashi Shoji! He recommends keeping cosmetic accents neutral when rocking this shade so the blue is the pop of color set off by the otherwise neutral palette.
Designer Charlotte Ronson found her inspiration for Titanium from the bohemian-lifestyle – vibrant prints juxtaposed with modern and sleek color. Her must have item is the Oba print slip dress and she’s inspired to pair this color with Ultramarine Green, and we are too!
Nicole Miller gets her Rhapsody inspiration from listening to 70s music and she’s totally into pairing Rhapsody with the other muted tone in this set Titanium. Her must-have item? An Alpaca vest in plum or pine, and her cosmetic recommendation is a smokey eye and neutral lip. Love!

I got Essie “To Buy or Not to Buy” and it literally took over an HOUR to dry and TWO HOURS later I bumped my hand on a table and took out a huge chip from my nail polish…what is going on?!? Check out the still wet results:
I do my nails like…a minimum of one a week. It’s lightweight obsessive. It all started when I was living in my sorority house and for a sisterhood we bought $150 worth of OPI nail polish and it got to live at the house. Every time I came downstairs, no lie, people were doing their nails. Then my roommate and I discovered our own shared obsession for nail polish and between the two of us I think we bought almost every color of China Glaze. No, really though – Sally’s had a 2/$5 sale and it got weird.
Anyways here is one of my FAVORITE colors – For Audrey – with Lush and Luxe from the Hunger Games collection on top! Cute yeah? Try to focus on the color rather than my claw-like pose…I’ve always had ungraceful hands. When I was in figure skating I made my coach crazy because I was so graceful on the ice, except for my “catcher’s mitt” hands. Luckily, I only wasted 7 years….
Mint green, gray and black..LOVE! By the way I have those shoes (Tampaa by Steve Madden) and I wore them for graduation and they’re amazingly comfortable!! I stood in line for a bar at 6 am and then made it through my entire grad ceremony and walked without tripping and rolling across the stage (as was my fear) so I give those bad boys a 10 out of 10! In fact, I did a gray and mint theme for my graduation outfit – I’ll post a pic soon 🙂
In the mean time here’s some style inspiration – mint and gray cobra bangles combined with a black and gold SkinnyRap. Super chic, super cute!
